Valley View Medical Center is a state-of-the-art hospital is licensed with 52 medical/surgical beds, 12 acute rehabilitation beds, 12 intensive care beds, and an eight-bed labor, delivery and post-partum unit, and is the only all private bed hospital in the area.

Position Summary:
The Medical-Surgical Unit is 38 beds. The RN assesses the patient’s condition and nursing care needs, sets goals and prescribes appropriate nursing interventions to meet physical, psychological, social and rehabilitative needs of patients. The RN develops individual nursing care plans, implements care plans and makes revisions as needed. Evaluates patient care outcomes. Collaborates with physicians and other hospital employees. Administers medications, treatments and therapies. Communicates with patients and oversees provision of care. Provides patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to condition. Accurately documents nursing observations, assessments, medications, treatments, and other care given.
***Night Shift Position***
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have an Associate’s Degree in nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Must have an active RN License from Arizona or a compact license.
Must have BLS or obtain within 30 days of hire.
