This entry-level role supports drilling, production, and service crews by ensuring equipment, tools, and worksites are safe, clean, and operational. Key Responsibilities Assist with the assembly, installation, and repair of oilfield equipment and machinery. Perform general maintenance such as painting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment. Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and supplies around the worksite. Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely. Inspect and maintain pipelines, valves, and pumping equipment. Assist in rigging up and rigging down drilling and service rigs. Follow all company and industry safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous oilfield or construction labor experience (a plus but not required). Ability to work long shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong physical stamina; able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor. Willingness to learn and follow directions in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety and teamwork. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Work Environment Outdoor field setting with exposure to extreme weather conditions.
