Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a QA Test Analyst 3 in Nashville, TN. The work will be done onsite. This is a long-term contract that can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is $55/hr including benefits such as vision, dental, health insurance, 401K, and holiday pay. Our customer is the largest manufacturer of construction equipment in the world. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with technical teams and business users to gather and document requirements for Salesforce projects. Design and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications. Create and execute detailed test cases, scripts, and data sets for testing Salesforce functionalities. Identify and recommend improvements within existing workflows based on thorough business analysis. Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Document test results and work closely with developers to resolve any defects. Provide training sessions for end-users on new features or enhancements in Salesforce. Position’s Contributions to Work Group: Enhance Quality Assurance by ensuring the reliability and functionality of Salesforce applications. Improve Business Processes by identifying and recommending workflow improvements. Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration between technical teams and business users. Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, results, and business requirements. Provide User Training and Support to end-users. Contribute to Agile Methodology adherence through participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions. Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Typical Tasks & Work Environment: Work is assigned through projects (typically in Azure DevOps and ServiceNow). Most efforts include project update meetings or daily/weekly SCRUMs. The environment is highly collaborative, following Agile principles. The position is based in Nashville, with a schedule of 1 day per week onsite until 2025, increasing to 5 days in 2026. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training. 5-7 years of related experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). Experience with software testing tools and SQL queries. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Business analysis skills including requirement gathering and data interpretation.
