Senior Forklift Technician to lead advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and field service excellence across material handling and heavy equipment fleets.
This is a
senior-level role for technicians who want more autonomy, influence, and long-term career growth - not just another wrench-turning job.
What You'll Do - Diagnose and repair forklifts & material handling equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, sensors, controllers & motors
- Perform hydraulic repairs (hoses, pumps, valves, cylinders)
- Conduct & complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Serve as a technical leader and mentor to junior technicians
- Communicate directly with customers on repairs and recommendations
- Are trusted with the hardest diagnostics
- Enjoy working independently in the field
- Want to mentor and raise the bar for other techs
- Are looking for long-term stability + advancement
This role is NOT entry-level. Qualifications - 5+ years as a forklift technician, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment technician
- Strong electrical & hydraulic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics & wiring diagrams
- Valid driver's license
- ASE certification preferred (not required)
