About the role:
As a Senior Growth Designer on Headway’s Patient team, you will design the initial user experience—where people first land, evaluate their options, and decide to proceed. Your work will shape first impressions and influence whether patients get the care they need.
You will work across marketing and product channels to create scalable acquisition and intake experiences, balancing immediate conversion goals with long-term design vision, while learning from real user needs.

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base salary range is $183,600 - $216,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and location. The role may also include performance-based bonuses and equity.
