Curby's Lawn & Garden, a well-respected locally owned landscaping company is in search of a Landscape Architect / Designer Salesperson.

*Landscape Architect / Designer Qualifictions and Skills:*

* A minimum of 3-5 years of design and field experience is essential.

Experience should include design and sales of residential landscaping projects that include the following:

* Knowledge Pro Landscape or similar industry related software.
* Knowledge of plant material for the Kansas City area.
* Knowledge of various hardscape materials, design and installation.
* Retaining Walls
* Outdoor Living Areas
* Drainage Solutions
* Outdoor Lighting

Other requirements include:

* Possess a valid driver's license
* Pass a DOT physical
* Pass a criminal background check
* Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed during peak season Spring, Summer, and Fall

*JOB DESCRIPTION:*

We are searching to hire a self-motivated, positive and energetic person with an attention to detail. The right person will have a passion for the landscape design build industry, with strong communications skills. Our company has developed a large network of builders, and residential customers of which this candidate will support. We produce a LARGE quantity of good leads. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with customers and be technologically skilled to create beautiful and functional landscape designs. Due to the large volume of potential clients, you must be able to manage 10-15 potential clients at any one time. This person must be able to get a client closed, and move quickly on to the next. This person will also be communicating and managing projects with office staff, and landscape crews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
