Job Description

Join our team as an Electromechanical Equipment Operator in an electronic circuit board assembly environment. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining electromechanical equipment, ensuring high-quality production. You will work in a climate-controlled manufacturing setting and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in CNC or electromechanical equipment operation looking for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Operate electromechanical equipment used in assembling electronic circuit boards.
• Setup and verify multiple jobs using computer-generated setup sheets and fixture layout drawings.
• Communicate technical data, error reports, and machine malfunctions to Quality and machine support teams.
• Perform light maintenance and routine cleanup of production equipment.
• Report part shortages before and during production runs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of experience operating electromechanical or CNC-type equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
