We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our production team as a Vegetable Sorter. In this role, you will work on a family farm or within a packing facility to inspect, sort, and pack fresh vegetables. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work on their feet in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities: Sort vegetables by size, quality, and ripeness according to farm or company standards Remove defective or spoiled items from the production line Pack sorted vegetables into containers for shipping or distribution Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Follow all food safety, quality control, and workplace safety guidelines Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors Qualifications: No prior experience required - training provided Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team environment Pay Details: $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
