As a Senior Solutions Engineer , you will guide enterprise prospects and customers in leveraging Amplitude’s platform to create better, stickier, more engaging digital products. Using our behavioral analytics, A/B testing system, and CDP, you will inspire prospects to envision a better future with our platform. You’ll meet with product, data, and marketing leaders, drive business and technical discoveries, and lead proof-of-value initiatives, positioning Amplitude’s value effectively. You will be the face of Amplitude to some of the world’s most innovative businesses. As a Senior Solutions Engineer , your insights will influence product direction, collaborate with marketing, and significantly impact our business. Design and deliver compelling demos, conduct discovery sessions, and own proofs of value. Align Amplitude’s solutions with enterprise customer needs, combining product, data, and analytics expertise. Lead technical discussions on data import, quality, governance, and architecture. Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Advise prospects on data strategies and architecture for growth. Guide on integration methods for technical stakeholders. Recommend data collection strategies to meet client goals. Scope and lead hands-on evaluations to excite prospects about our platform. Stay updated on product features, train new team members, and hand off well-structured deals. Share product feedback to influence the roadmap. Travel to customer sites for demos and relationship building. Minimum qualifications include: 5+ years in enterprise software, with at least 3 years in pre-sales or solution engineering. Understanding of growth tools like data, messaging, A/B testing, and analytics. Technical experience with SDKs and APIs. Excellent communication skills, comfortable with public speaking and personal development. Ability to travel up to 30% as needed. Salary ranges vary by location, e.g., Colorado: $170,000 - $255,000, NYC: $189,000 - $284,000, SF Bay Area: $189,000 - $284,000, etc., including bonuses or commissions.
