Technical Recruiter – RPO / Embedded Talent Partner

Location: Denver, Colorado | Competitive Salary + Commission

As an Embedded Talent Partner, you’ll work directly with founders and senior stakeholders, acting as their in-house recruitment expert to deliver end-to-end hiring solutions across both technical and business critical roles.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll often be the first dedicated talent presence within a business. You’ll need to be proactive, organized, and confident building hiring processes from the ground up, using data to drive decisions, improve efficiency, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a strategic partner to multiple stakeholders, owning recruitment across a variety of functions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing candidates.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines through direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS tools).
• Report clearly on hiring metrics, pipeline data, and overall progress to stakeholders.
• Advise founders and hiring managers on market trends, hiring strategy, and process optimization.
• Establish scalable hiring infrastructure, from interview frameworks to ATS implementation.
• Champion the employer brand and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Collaborate with fellow SoCode Talent Partners to share insights, tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment with strong delivery across both Technical and GTM roles.
• Expertise in direct sourcing and engaging passive talent across competitive markets.
• A data-driven mindset, confident in presenting hiring metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
• Comfortable being the first recruiter in a business and building systems from scratch.
• Adaptable, curious, and eager to work across different sectors and clients.
