We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter (Mid-Level) who can run full-cycle searches across software, data/AI, security, and forward-deployed engineering roles—especially hard-to-find talent with defense or cleared backgrounds. You know where “technical unicorns” live, how to earn their attention, and how to guide them through a crisp, candidate-first process.
In this role, you’ll own reqs end-to-end, build proactive pipelines, partner tightly with executives and hiring managers, and keep the bar high while moving fast.
ResponsibilitiesSalary
The estimated salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $150,000 annually. We strive to provide a competitive salary and benefits package that aligns with our employees’ experience and qualifications.
