Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00-$21.47

A little about the position:

• Join the team that creates and delivers an extraordinary rental experience, with ample ski/ride break opportunities.
• Assist guests with all aspects of rental process and ski check operation.
• Rental functions will include: providing information, assisting with reservations, selling all rental, sport school & ticket products, taking deposits, up selling all items, fitting boots and binding adjustment.
• Performing simple maintenance on rental equipment. Includes the operation of ski check facilities on and off snow.
• Maintain and improve the resort experience through assisting guests in numerous aspects of ski area operations.

Requirements:

• High School GED or equivalent
• Provide a high level of customer service
• An ability to work in a team-oriented environment with an upbeat, enthusiastic personality
• Operate in a high energy, fast paced environment & able to lift 40 pounds.
• Able to pass certification exams and adjust all ski bindings
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
• Job may require performing duties such as lifting (40 pounds), shoveling snow, working in adverse weather conditions and direct sun.
