This role is pivotal to our strategic expansion. Youll oversee the growth and success of your sales teams in designated territories, supported by our executive team and fellow experienced managers. Your leadership will directly influence our ability to empower communities with clean energyethically and effectively.

REQUIREMENTS :

• STUDENT MENTALITY / COACHABILITY / MUST HAVE A HUNGER TO LEARN
• MUST BE A COMMITTED INDIVIDUAL
• ( MUST HAVE) Direct Sales Experience (1 year or more)
• (MUST HAVE) Solar Experience (1 year or more)
• Cell Phone AND Laptop/Tablet for showing Proposals.
• MUST be comfortable with In-home presentations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Market Clark Energies and Set-up new clientele
• Teach new hires how to Consult potential clientele at pre-scheduled appointments
• Host weekly appointment setter and Consultant Meetings
• Be certain targets, goals and KPIs are met!
