Job Title: Support Specialist

Duration: 04 Months

Location: Dix Campus Raleigh, NC (Hybrid) (8 days per month onsite)

Position Type: Contract

Interview Type: Webcam/ In Person

Required Skills:

• Experience in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners(3 Years)
• Preferred tools: Adobe Articulate & Camtasia, MS Teams, Microsoft products, Webex
• Strong content development skills needed. (3 Years)
• Instructional design and technical knowledge needed (3 Years)
• Adobe Articulate 360
• This position will support live virtual meetings and events. Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.(3 Years)

Highly Desired:

• Understands the NC Medicaid Program that drive the efforts of the county, regional, and state staff who administer those programs.(3 Years)
• Experience with adult learning practices, principles and procedures in classroom and on-line presentations.
