Urologist
Location: Marion, IL | Southern Illinois Region
The Staff Pad has partnered with a large, physician-led, independent not-for-profit health system to recruit a Urologist for a well-established specialty practice serving a broad regional population. Full-time, employed Urology position
Practice mix: approximately 60% outpatient / 40% inpatient
Established referral base within a large primary care network
Strong clinical and surgical support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units
State-of-the-art facilities and technology
Integrated Epic EMR across all inpatient and outpatient settings
Opportunities for leadership involvement
Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students
Clinical research opportunities available
40-hour workweek
Call requirement: 10 shifts per month (24-hour shifts)
Call compensation: $750 per 24-hour shift
Base compensation: $640,000 one-year income guarantee
Quality bonus: 5%+ annually , based on mutually agreed-upon department goals
APP supervision compensation: $20 per RVU supervised
Sign-on bonus: $50,000

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
