What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist in developing project scopes, considering resources, technological constraints, and cost estimates
• Create and execute project work plans, including wireframes, sitemaps, and scope of work
• Define project scopes and provide clear instructions to design and development teams
• Ensure projects are completed according to schedule and within budget
• Collaborate with SEO team and developers to analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Expert experience in frontend or backend development with the ability to pass skills tests, including pixel-perfect PSD to HTML conversion
• Experience in responsive design, HTML5, and CSS3 media queries
• Proficiency in using design/editing software and project management tools such as Basecamp or Salesforce
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with teams of 3 or more people
• Proficiency in JavaScript and PHP
• Proven mentoring and team-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
