Job Title: Welder and Fabricator

Job Description

Join our team as a Welder and Fabricator, where you will primarily focus on welding stainless steel and occasionally carbon. Our company specializes in the production of Waste Water Bins, and we are looking for a skilled professional to contribute to our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding tasks with precision.
• Work with stainless steel sheets, pipes, and tubes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Maintain a production-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate measurements.
• Operate measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and straightedges efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques.
• Experience with stainless steel and carbon welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Mechanical aptitude and production orientation.
• Strong safety and quality consciousness.
• Basic math skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with devices such as micrometers, calipers, and straightedges.
• Experience with Fluxcore welding is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Powder Springs, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
