A client of Insight Global is seeking to hire an Automotive Window Tint Technician in Verona, Wisconsin. The Automotive Window Tint Technician will be responsible for applying window tinting films to automotive windows with precision and care. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for quality.

Responsibilities:

• Apply window tinting films to automotive windows with precision and care.
• Perform Paint Protection Film (PPF) and vinyl installations.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in window tinting.
• Experience with PPF and/or vinyl installations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Plusses:

• Ceramic coating, paint correction, or sales experience is a plus.
