Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Home-Based Therapy Supervisor to lead wraparound services for children, youth, and families.

• Provide supervision and performance evaluations for a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee individualized, strength-based, family-driven care plans and track program outcomes.
• Collaborate with community partners, schools, and agencies to ensure seamless support.
• Facilitate team meetings and family conferences to promote engagement.
• Offer ongoing staff training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with standards.
• Qualifications include a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field, with at least 3 years of behavioral health experience and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and crisis intervention practices is preferred.]]>
