(DNI) is seeking compassionate and dependable  Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our growing team. Your Role as a DCW:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Encourage independence and support individuals in reaching personal goals
• Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships
• Accurately document care provided and report any changes in condition
• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care are met

What You’ll Need:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before working with a client)
• Valid Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
• Reliable transportation to various client locations (for yourself as we are a non-driving agency)
• Previous experience as a caregiver or DCW is a plus—but  we provide training!
