Summary:

This role involves coordinating and managing training logistics, supporting virtual and in-person events, and ensuring effective communication with training participants, facilitators, and attendees.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include assisting with resource email accounts, managing and hosting training events, assisting with registration and troubleshooting for workshops and conferences, developing schedules and materials, maintaining up-to-date content across websites and shared platforms, and working cooperatively with the division's Workforce development unit.
• The analyst will also support tracking public awareness/messaging campaigns, create outreach materials or flyers, facilitate webinar-style events (including technical support for virtual sessions) and other team related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Prior experience supporting trainings/conferences is preferred. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to supporting ongoing behavioral health initiatives.
