**Quick Start**

Urgent need for *Director of Nursing *position for one of our client which is a Rehabilitation Center
* Job Location: Clovis, NM 88101
* Shift: Day (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
* Duration of Contract: 8 weeks + Extendable
* Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week(M-F)

*Pay rate: $70/hr*

*Job Description:*
* Lead the nursing staff in delivering excellent care to patients and offering quality support to the medical staff
* Ensure that each nurse on staff is properly certified and abides by the standards for care established by our organization and state and federal laws
* Create new policies and update existing policies to help improve the level of care for each patient
* Implement quality improvement programs designed to help us deliver the highest possible levels of service

*Position Requirements:*
* BLS Required
* Covid Vaccine Required
* NM State Licensed Required
* 2+ years’ nursing supervisory experience
