Legal Assistant background, Full Time Executive Assistant: Immediate position available. Small 2 person office. Friendly environment.
Background in Court Reporting industry a plus.
Must have at least 2 years in the Legal industry.
Must have advanced knowledge in all Microsoft Office 365 products, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Detail-oriented, organized, reliable and have strong professional work ethic. Able to multi-task and be flexible in a team environment. Individual to assist in all departments.
