We are seeking a motivated and experienced Paralegal with a strong background in plaintiff-side personal injury law to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced team setting, is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping clients navigate their legal journeys. This is a hybrid position , offering flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plaintiff personal injury files from intake through settlement or trial
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and experts
• Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and trial binders
• Maintain case management systems and track deadlines
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including deposition and trial support
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law required
• Proficiency in case management software (e.g., Trial Works, Clio, Needles, SmartAdvocate, etc.)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a client-centered approach
• Self-motivated, dependable, and thrives in a team setting
