**Position Summary...** **What you'll do...** You will leverage your retail, program management and account management experience, along with knowledge of the ever-changing merchandising environment to develop processes, identify business drivers, and work with sellers & internal partners to maximize sales **About the Team:** Multichannel Solutions is a startup business, launched in September 2024 to all WFS Sellers. The team resides within Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) and enables its sellers to leverage WFS inventory for off-Walmart orders (Temu, eBay, etc). The MCS Partnership Management Team is established to support sellers as they navigate fulfillment solutions for their overall business. Walmart Multichannel Solutions - Walmart Marketplace ( **What you'll do...** Partner with internal teams to drive program adoption + Create and leverage strong internal and external relationships + Partner with a variety of teams to activate all significant product launches with the necessary marketing and web specific activities to drive revenue, adoption and retention + Partner with cross functional teams to resolve technical issues Partner with a strategic set of accounts to: + Support the end-to-end introduction and use of Multichannel Solutions, from initial pitch to inventory management strategy to trouble shooting specific issues + Drive revenue across a variety of platforms that will shape future services offering + Troubleshoot and solve issues that impact our ability to reach full volume potential with the account + Troubleshoot issues as they arise and demonstrate a commitment to problem solving under ambiguity **What you'll bring:** Successful candidates will be: + **Natural self-starters** who are highly detail oriented, comfortable with change, love solving problems and have experience driving results + **Comfortable with data** , able to leverage data to support hypothesis and increase seller adoption into the program. Adept across multiple analytic platforms to drive ad hoc analysis, i.e.: Excel, Tableau + **Experience working with external facing clients** , you will be the representative of Walmart and Multichannel Solutions to our external partners. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelors degree in Business or related field + 2-4 years experience in Retail Buying, Site Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Merchandise Planning, eCommerce Operations & Analytics or related field + Excellent analytical skills, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills + Passion for serving customers and understanding their needs + Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to persuade, communicate vision and motivate stakeholders at every level within Walmart and partner organizations **You'll sweep us off our feet if:** + **Account + Program Management** : Have a hybrid of both account management and program management experience.
