Job Overview – Personal Chef

We are seeking motivated, experienced, Personal Chef to create healthy, high-quality menu with fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Specific Job Responsibilities – The Personal Chef, will oversee food preparation and cooking for Executive Office. Further duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Preparing meals and food to meet the specifications of our Owners in a timely manner
2. Accurately measuring kitchen ingredients and food portions
3. Ensuring kitchen staff adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules and sanitation requirements
4. Using kitchen knives and equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers and warmers in food preparation
5. Managing the kitchen inventory and ensuring supplies are fresh and of high quality
6. Ensuring proper food temperatures when cooking and proper storage afterward
7. Keeping the workstations and kitchen equipment clean, organized and sanitized
8. Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure kitchen operation is smooth
9. Manage daily operations under the direction of the Chef

Working Hours - Thursday to Friday starting at 11am to 2pm

Working Environment – As a Chef, standing and walking for extended periods of time will be required. You will also have to be comfortable working in a confined work area with multiple Associates. You will also be exposed to hot and cold temperatures while operating various food equipment. The cleaning, maintaining and stocking of the kitchen and food & beverage outlets will also require crouching, reaching and light lifting throughout the shift.

Candidate Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar setting of multiple outlets preferred.
